A Summer Day
A view of the house from the beach. Unusual since much of the shoreline on the north side of Lake Huron is rocky, this sandy beach is completely private and very wide. It stretches for three miles to the east.

The beach walkway leads out to the 12 x 12 gazebo, perched on the top of the last sand dune before the steps down to the beach. The gazebo is wired for electricity.

Freighters like this one can often be seen in the shipping lane, far off shore, but clearly visible from the house.

The large deck on the lake side of the house enjoys southern exposure and lots of sun.
